I contacted John and Ben about what I thought was a leaky window with some slight moisture issues around the frame. By the time they removed the siding from my house, it turns out there was much more significant wood rot and water damage than I initially thought. John and Ben had the knowledge and experience to be able to safely remove all of the compromised materials and rebuild the load- bearing wall back to being more structurally sound than it had ever been before. Their work was top-notch.
